We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to receive your order even quicker, please enter that in the comments section during checkout and we'll contact you with a custom shipping quote.
My kid threw away a couple of his magnets. Can you send replacements?
We definitely understand how that can happen! Just send us an email telling us exactly how your kid disposed of those precious magnets to give us a good chuckle. We are unable to send you just one or two magnets, but instead can offer you the magnet set for $6.00. Keep the extras just in case your kid feeds any more magnets to the trash can.
Can I get a SnackPack or Shopping List without buying the whole SuperNoots Starter pack?
Not at this time, but we will be adding that option soon. Check back for here for updates on buying SuperNoots tools.
How do I know which dry-erase markers will work on the Shopping List?
Since not all dry-erase markers use the same ink formula, test a couple out on the back of the Shopping List to see which one works best.
